Before we begin maintaining your website, we’ll conduct a site audit, and then go through your site with a fine-tooth comb. Then we’ll schedule a call with you to go over our findings and suggestions.
Work will be completed throughout the calendar month until the service is delivered.
At the end of each month, you’ll receive a detailed report of all work completed.
If at any point you need support, we provide hands-on technical support when you need it. *Services that are not covered by your monthly subscription can be handled for an additional fee at a reduced rate, depending on your subscription.
